Delius provides online reservations for any of our dining formats by using the form at right. Please indicate your preferred dining format by making the appropriate selection from the Dining Choice menu.

Alternatively, we are always happy to take your reservation by phone. You can call us at any time at 562-426-0694 and leave a message on our reservation line.

Please keep in mind that your online reservation is not confirmed until we get back to you!

The À la Carte Dining Room is available for Lunch, Dinner and Sunday Brunch.

The Delius Restaurant
Prix Fixe dinner is offered Tuesday through Saturday, with a single seating at 7:15 pm in our semi-private prix fixe dining room.

Because Prix Fixe dining fills up early, at least 4 days notice for online reservations is required. We will confirm your reservation via E-mail or by phone, within 48 hours.

The Wine Cellar Dining Room is available for private dinners by reservation only. In a single 7:15 pm seating, the Wine Cellar seats 2 to 6 in a private "wine cellar" dining room with a viewing window onto your chef's station where you may watch your meal being prepared. A ten course meal is served for $95 per person. Personal, expert wine service is provided by your host and sommelier to help you choose from our award winning wine list. The Wine Cellar is closed on Sunday and Monday.

Prix Fixe Cancellation Policy - We prepare each prix fixe meal daily for an exact number of diners; therefore we require all reservations be confirmed within 24 hours prior to dining time to guarantee seating. Any party reducing the confirmed number on the day of the reservation or arriving with fewer than the confirmed number is responsible for the full balance.
